摘　　要：目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声对腔隙性脑梗死患者颅外段椎动脉血流的检查价值。方法：采用彩色多普勒超声仪检测56例腔隙性脑梗死患者颅外段椎动脉的血管内径及血流参数。结果：腔梗组颅外段椎动脉管壁增厚不光滑，血管内径小于正常对照组，收缩期峰值流速减低，阻力指数增大，与正常对照组比较有显著差异。结论：彩色多普勒超声可以客观评定颅外段椎动脉结构及血流状况，为有椎一基底动脉供血不足的腔隙性脑梗死患者的诊断提供客观依据。Objective To study the values of color Doppler uhrasonography（CDU） for the extracranial vertebral artery flow in lacunar infarction patients. Methods Fifty - six lacunar infarction patients＇both sides of extracranial vertebral artery were measured by CDU instrument. Results The vertebral arteries of the patients appeared to have thickened vessel vail, decreased vessel diameters and low PSV as well as high resistance index. The lacunar infarction group was signit]cant difference with control group. Conclusion The structure and blood apply of vertebral artery can be objectively evaluated with CDUo It can provide the basis for diagnosis of lacunar infarction with vertebrobasilar ischemia.
