儿科病区层级管理、APN连续性排班与普通排班比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨在儿科病区实施层级管理、APN连续性排班，并与普通排班相比较。方法：通过调整岗位职责，按层级管理。实施护士长。高级责任护士，初级责任护士，助理护士的层级管理，高级责任护士带领本组的护士负责一定数目病床管理，制订护理计划，完成本组相关的治疗，护理，健康教育，电脑医嘱处理等工作，2个月为一周期。执行APN连续性层级排班，即三班制．保证每班有充足的护士及时为患儿提供全方位的护理。结果：连续性层级排班可缓和护患关系，保证了护理工作的连续性，减少护理缺陷，提高患者满意度，提升护理质量。两种排班方法相比较，具有显著性差异的统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：APN连续性护理排班模式适应儿科病区的需求，有利于合理利用护理人力资源，保证患者安全，全面提高护理服务质量。APN排班体现了“以病人为中心”的管理理念，充分发挥了各层次护理人员的作用，加强了护理工作的连续性和护理质量，减轻了护士的压力，有利于人员的培养，体现了人文精神。Objective： Based on the hierarchical management method, in the pediatric ward using APN continuous scheduling. Compared the APN continuous scheduling and Ordinary scheduling. Methods： Methods： through adjusting position responsibility, according to Hierarchical management, implement the head nurse, senior nurses the primary nurses, the nurse＇s assistant responsibility o Senior nurses guide primary nurses and the nurse＇s assistant. They all are in charge of a certain number sick bed. Draw up the plan of care, complete the relevant treatment with the doetor＇s advice, such as computer work ,two months for a cycle, implement the APN scheduling, three shifts, ensure that each stage have plenty of nurse to care the children, to provide comprehensive care. Results： Hierarchical management, APN method of continuous scheduling ensure the continuity of care, reduce nursing defects, improve patient satisfaction, improve the quality of nursing. Two kinds of scheduling method, compared with the statistical meaning of significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： the APN continuity scheduling model , reasonable utilization of nursing human resource, ensure safety, improve patients nursing service quality [ 1 ]. APN scheduling reflects the ＂patient - centered＂ management concept, give full play to the various levels of nursing staff function, strengthen the nursing continuity and nursing quality, reduce the pressure of a nurse, be helpful for personnel cultivation, reflected the spirit of humanity.
