摘　　要：论文根据图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务现状,结合比较互联网互动问答平台与虚拟参考咨询的优劣,对将互动问答平台的特色引入图书馆虚拟参考咨询业务进行分析,得出互动问答分享平台在虚拟参考咨询中使用的可行性,构建基于互动问答分享平台的虚拟参考咨询模式。According to the present situation of library virtual reference service, this paper makes comparisons of the disadvantages and the advantages of both Internet Q＆A platform and virtual library services, and makes feasibility study of introducing Internet Q＆A model into virtual library services. Finally, it reaches the conclusion that Intemet Q＆A platform can be used in virtual reference services, and constructs a virtual reference model which based on Intemet Q＆A platform.
