摘　　要：周必大与王应麟皆为南宋大臣、学者、文人,著述宏富。二人著作中有两部书同名,即《掖垣类稿》和《玉堂类稿》。周必大的《掖垣类稿》、《玉堂类稿》专收制诰文。王应麟在制词之法、制诰文撰写等方面受到周必大直接的影响,而在文风温雅、文体区分方面又与周必大不谋而合。他以周必大书名为己所用,合情合理,于此亦可略窥南宋词科的发展和文体的变化。Zhou Bida and Wang Yinglin are both minister, scholar and literator in the Southern Song Dynasty. They had abundant writings. They had two kinds of books of the same title. They are Ye Yuan Lei Gao （ 掖垣类稿 ） and Yu Tang Lei Gao （ 玉堂类稿 ）. Ye Yuan Lei Gao written by Zhou Bida included imperial documents writing. Wang Yinglin received immediate effect from Zhou Bida in writing methods and imperial documents writing, and coincided with Zhou Bida in gentle elegant style and stylistic distinction. He used Zhou Bida＇s title reasonably. It can also reveal the development of the literary exams and stylistic changes.
