摘  要:针对农业机械设备磨损严重,影响机械设备的使用寿命和物料的加工效果等问题,展开对锤片式粉碎机锤片磨损机理进行了研究。研究发现普通锤片磨损后工作断面形成凸型,而经表面渗碳处理的自磨刃锤片磨损后工作断面形成凹型。为此,在分析这两种锤片磨损机理的基础上,对粉碎机粉碎效果进行了对比试验。结果表明,普通锤片的磨损为显微切削和犁沟,自磨刃锤片的磨损为塑性变形而疲劳脱落。采用自磨刃锤片的粉碎机比普通锤片的粉碎机在生产率上提高2.63%,千瓦时电产量提高4.86%,粒度均匀度也有所改善。Agricultural machinical equipment wear seriously,affecting the life of machineical equipment,processing results of materials,and other issues,expand on hammer of the hammer crusher,studied its wear mechanism.Found the working section of ordinary hammer after wear showed convex shape,and the working section of self-sharpening hammer by surface carburization treatment after wear showed concave shape.This paper analyzes the two kinds hammer on the basis of wear mechanisms,and carried comparison test on the crushing effects of crusher.The results show that the wear of ordinary hammer as the micro-cutting and plowing-ditch,the wear of self-sharpening hammer as the plastic deformation and fatigue off.The crusher with ordinary hammer than the self-sharpening hammer,the productivity,increased 2.63%,the production each electricity increased 4.86%,the particle size uniformity also improved.
