摘　　要：农产品的分级对于提高产品产量,增强产品市场竞争力具有重要意义,静电技术凭借其清洁、能耗低、分选率高等优势,在农产品分级中越来越受到关注。为此,综述了静电技术的应用现状,着重介绍了其在农产品分级中的应用状况、所用原理、分级过程以及优越性和存在的问题,并指出其应用前景。Grading of agricultural products should not be ignored in improving the products yield,improving t-he competitiveness of products in the market.The electrostatic technology has started to show its unique adva-ntages such as clean,less energy consumption,high selection efficiency.The application status of electrostatic technology is introduced in this paper which focus on the grading of its applications in agricultural products,the principle of this technique,the process of its sorting,its superiority and existing problems.
