横流风机与离心风机串联功耗试验分析

摘  要:为了降低异类风机串联的总功耗,设计了异类风机串联试验台,并进行了不同类型风机单独和联合工作时的功率消耗试验。试验结果表明:横流风机与离心风机串联总功率曲线不符合理论叠加原理,其功率消耗与两风机的转速和串联前后位置有关;离心风机作为串联前级风机以及提高其转速,均能使串联总功耗降低,达到高效节能的目的。以上研究结果为风机串联运行提供了理论依据。In order to reduce the total power consumption,experiments of power consumption under different types of combination of fans were done on own designing test-bed.The results show that: curve of total power on serial operation of Cross-flow fan and Centrifugal fan did not accord with overlapping principle of theory,and power consumption is related to front and rear position of rotating speed and serial operation of two fans.As former fan,centrifugal fan can improve their speeds,and can reduce total power consumption,the target of high efficiency energy-saving can be achieved.The results provide a theoretical basis for series operation of Cross Flow Fan and Centrifugal Fan.
