摘　　要：票据作为商业信用的载体,成为商品经济高度发展所必不可少的金融工具,在现代社会经济生活中发挥着非常重要的作用。票据纠纷在票据流转的过程中不断涌现,急需票据诉讼制度的理论指导与支撑。票据无因性原则的相对适用,将确保实现诉讼双方当事人利益的衡平化。As a carrier of business credit, bill has become an absolutely necessarily financial tool and has played an important role in modern society. Bill disputes have frequently occurred in bill usage and bill lawsuit institutions are needed. Abstract-principle will guarantee to balance the interests of both sides in lawsuit.
