内蒙古自治区达茂旗蒙汉族高血压流行特征比较

摘　　要：目的:比较研究内蒙古自治区达茂旗蒙汉族高血压流行特征。方法:2008-2009年在内蒙古达茂旗地区,采用分层簇群随机抽样的方法,对年龄大于35岁的常驻人口进行调查。由经过培训的医师对调查对象进行了血压测量和资料收集。结果:共入选蒙汉族常住居民2 013人,其中蒙古族615人、汉族1 398人,年龄35～90岁;达茂旗地区人群总体高血压患病率为29.9%,蒙古族人群高血压患病率明显高于汉族(35.8%vs 27.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);蒙古族人群血压平均水平为SBP 125.1±18.6 mmHg、DBP 81.1±13.4 mmHg,汉族人群血压平均水平为SBP121.7±19.1 mmHg、DBP 78.7±11.6 mmHg,汉族人群血压平均水平均低于蒙古族;在各年龄段,蒙古族人群高血压患病率均高于汉族(27.3%、34.5%、52.2%vs 25.1%、27.3%、33.4%),且随着年龄的增大,差异进一步增加。结论:内蒙古达茂旗地区人群高血压患病率较高,蒙古族人群患病率较汉族更高。Objective： To make a comparison of hypertension epidemiology characteristics between Mongolians and the people of Han nationality in Damao county,Inner Mongolia.Methods： Through cluster multistage and random sampling,an investigation was made among the local residents aged more than 35 years in Damao county from 2008 to 2009.The blood pressure was measured and correlative risk factors were studied by the trained doctors.Results： Total of 2 013 residents（615 Mongolians and 1398 Hans）,aged 35-90 years,were recruited as the subjects.The incidence of hypertension among total people in Damao county is 29.9 % and the incidence of hypertension was significantly higher among Mongolians（35.8%） than that（27.3%） among Hans（P0.01）.The average level of blood pressure in Mongolians is SBP 125.1±18.6 mmHg,DBP 81.1±13.4 mmHg while the average level of blood pressure in Hans is SBP 121.7±19.1 mmHg,DBP 78.7±11.6 mmHg,which is lower than that in Mongolians.The incidence of hypertension in Mongolians is higher than that in Hans at various ages（27.3 %,34.5 %,52.2 % vs 25.1 %,27.3 %,33.4 %）,the gap increasing with the advance in age.Conclusions： The incidence of hypertension among the local residents in Damao County of Inner Mongolia was high and that among Mongolians was significantly higher than that among Hans.
