恩德炉粉煤气化纯氧制气技术的应用与优化

摘  要:对恩德炉采用纯氧制气的可行性进行分析,通过纯氧气化试验及物料衡算,分析了恩德炉改为纯氧气化生产半水煤气对合成氨生产的影响。恩德炉采用纯氧气化生产半水煤气的最优操作参数为:操作温度960~990℃,压力10~15 kPa,氧煤比0.44,氧气蒸汽比1.04。对合成氨系统进行了相应的配套改造。改为纯氧气化后,半水煤气中有效气含量增加,合成氨产量增加,经济效益非常可观。The feasibility studies for application of pure oxygen assisted gasification process in Ende gasifier were made. The influences of semi-gas produced by Ende gasifier on ammonia production, after Ende gasifier transformed its process into pure oxygen assisted process, were analyzed through the tests and material balance calculation, giving the best operating parameters : operating temperature 960 - 990 ℃, pressure 10 - 15 kPa, oxygen to coal ratio 0. 44, 02 to H2O ratio 1.04. Some necessary revamps for ammonia system were made. After transforming, the ammonia capacity were increased due to high effective constituents in semi-water gas, bringing in a good economic benefits.
