学校竞技体育后备人才培养制度的改革与探索

摘　　要：通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈以及个案考察等研究方法,对我国学校竞技体育后备人才培养过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,并提出了改革措施:(1)领导管理制度明确化;(2)组织机构制度职责细致化;(3)"兼职"教练员制度建设专业化;(4)竞赛制度科学化;(5)学生运动员学籍管理法规化;(6)学校训练目标管理制度分层化。旨在为尽快建全和完善学校竞技体育后备人才培养制度提供理论参考。The improvement and perfection of system is the basic and most important guarantee for the sustainable development of sports reserve talents training in China’s school.This article analyses the education system of the competitive sport reserve talent through literature data,questionnaire survey,interview and case investigation.The article puts forward that the crystallization of the administration system,specification of the organizers,specialization of the establishing of the ＂Part-time＂ coaches system,scientific racing system,standardization of the student-athletes registration management and classification of system of the school training target management as reforming measures,and it provides theoretical basis and reference for perfecting the competitive sport reserve talent education system of in Chinese school.
