摘　　要：公用互联网的飞速发展给犯罪分子提供了新的犯罪途径。因此,在新时期必须重视公用互联网在侦查工作中的应用,从而在网络的攻防博弈中抢得先机。通过对犯罪行为人在犯罪的各个阶段是如何利用公用互联网、公用互联网上有哪些益于侦查破案的各类资源以及如何利用这些资源进行有效的侦查破案等的研究,以期给侦查破案提供新的思路,使侦查破案事半功倍。The swift development of public intemet provides new ways for criminal. So in the new term, the application of public internet in investigation must be stressed so as to seize initiative in attacking internet crime. In order to provide new thinking for ease breaking and make it more effective, the author studied how the criminals use public internet at different crime stage, what useful resources there are on public internet for cases attacking,how to use the resources for effective investigation.
