摘　　要：目的了解昆明城镇企事业单位人群高血压与超重及肥胖的关系。方法从昆明城镇企事业单位来我院体检中心例行体检的人群中,随机抽取符合高血压诊断及非高血压人员编为高血压组及对照组,对两组人员进行身高、体重、腰围(WC)、臀围测量,计算出体质指数(BMI)及腰臀比(WHR),并进行比较。结果高血压组BMI、WC、WHR值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),高血压组BMI及WHR异常人数明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。结论超重及肥胖是地处亚高原的昆明城镇企事业单位人群高血压病的重要影响因素,通过降低体重来使BMI、WHR降至正常水平是防治高血压的重要措施,应针对超重及肥胖的多种行为因素,从健康宣教、指导调整膳食结构、改善生活方式等方面进行综合干预。Objective To understand the relationship between hypertension and overweight or obesity in people from enterprises and government offices in Kunming City. Methods Among the people from the enterprises and government offices receiving physical examination in our center, those diagnosed hypertension and those without hypertension were randomly chosen as the hypertension group and the control group, respectively. Their height, weight, waist circumference （ WC ） and hip circumference were examined. And then their body mass indexes（BMI） and the waist to hip ratios（WHR） were calculated and compared between the two groups. Results The BMI, WC and WHR of the hypertension group were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ,the number of people with anomalous BMI and WHR in the hypertension group was obviously more than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Overweight and obesity are the important factors influencing the prevalence of hypertension disease in people from the enterprises and government offices in Kunming City. Decreasing the body weight to the normal BMI and WHR is an important measurement of prevention and cure of hypertension. Aiming at the various behavioral factors of overweight and obesity, comprehended intervention must be taken in the aspects of health education and promotion, guidance in adjusting the dietary pattern, and improving lifestyle.
