摘 要:研究了以菱锰矿及钢铁厂的高炉烟灰为原料直接制取软磁材料用锌锰二元粉。试验确定了共同浸出、净化、共沉淀、煅烧、洗涤的最佳条件。在最佳工艺条件下,锰、锌浸出率分别为99.2%和90.0%,净化后溶液中Si质量浓度为10mg/L,沉淀剂((NH4)2S)对锰、锌沉淀及二元共沉粉中钙、镁杂质质量分数有影响。洗涤除杂后,沉淀粉在800℃下煅烧2h,Ca、Mg及Si质量分数分别为0.033%、0.077%和0.010%,符合制备中档锰锌软磁铁氧体用锰锌二元粉要求。The process of preparation zinc-manganese binary powder directly using dialogite and blast furnace ash was studied. The optimum conditions of leaching, purification, coprecipitation, calcination, washing were confirmed. Under the optimum conditions, the leaching efficiency of zinc and manganese was of 99.2% and 90.0% ,respectively. The content of silicon in depurated solution was of 10 mg/L. The effect of precipitant on precipitation rate and on contents of calcium and magnesium impurities in binary powder were investigated. The powder was washed and removed impurities, then calcined at 800 ℃ for 2 h, the content of calcium, magnesium and silicon were of 0. 033 %, 0. 077 % and 0. 010%, re- spectively. The powder can meet the requirement to preparating intermediate soft magnetic ferrite.
