摘　　要：介绍了CTL550-N直联环隙式离心萃取分离机的结构、主要参数及计算、性能特点等;重点介绍了采用大长径比参数后,分离机在结构方面的改进;列出了一些主要参数。性能检测结果表明,该设备符合国家标准和设计要求,其处理能力可达30～37m3/h。Big length-to-diameter ratio and high flow centrifugal extractor not only is trend of technological development,but also need of production development. This paper introduced the CTL550-N model direct-connect centrifugal extactor＇s structure,calculation of the main parameters and characteristics. The improvement of structure is stressed because of using high technological parameters. And some main parameters are detailed calculated. Expect results showed that the CTL550-N model centrifugal extactor＇s performance is up to the national standard and design requirements. According to incom- plete statistics of applied case,it＇s throughput can reach 30~37 m3/h.
