海西背景下新建本科院校人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：海峡西岸经济区建设的提出对福建及周边区域高校人才培养带来了新的历史机遇,也对人才的标准提出了更高的要求。新建本科院校只有紧密结合地方经济建设和社会发展实际,找准办学定位和人才培养的目标,加强教材和师资队伍建设,培育自身办学特点,改革传统人才培养模式,走多样化、个性化和特色化发展道路,才能逐渐提升核心竞争力,主动融入海西建设,实现学校的可持续发展。The idea of constructing an economic zone cross strait brings a new opportunity to universities around Fujian area to bring up qualified undergraduates and requires higher standard for university undergraduates.
