摘　　要：介绍了区域供电设计原则,总结了供配电设计与运行中关于经济运行、处理长期发展容量和近期建设中使用容量的关系、按负荷发展分期建设、积极利用新能源和采用电能智能计费等方面的经验和采取的措施。This paper presents the designing principle of a large regional power supply system. Then it summarizes in the design and operation of power supply and distribution the experience regarding the economic operation, how to deal with the relationship between the power supply capacity used for long term development and short term one, the phased construction in load develop, positive use of new energy and metering by using electric energy and intelligence, etc. and the corresponding measures.
