哈尔滨市高校体育教师脂肪肝与体质健康关系的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、测试等方法对哈尔滨高校体育教师的脂肪肝患病情况及成因进行研究,旨在了解哈尔滨高校体育教师的脂肪肝患病分布,探讨运动对高校体育教师脂肪肝患病的影响,观察脂肪肝人群的体质特征,为预防和控制脂肪肝提供依据。研究表明哈尔滨高校体育教师男性脂肪肝患病率明显高于女性,且发病峰值年龄也早于女性。患有高血压人群的脂肪肝患病率明显高于正常水平人群。体重、BMI、体脂百分比较大是脂肪肝患者的主要体质特征。This paper research on the situations and reasons of fatty liver among sport teachers of college in Harbin by using literature and investigate and test. To define the prevalence, distribution of fatty liver among people with different ages and sex as well as to investigate the influence of exercise on fatty liver. The physical fitness status of people who suffered from fatty liver was also cognized and evaluated. The results shows that the male prevalence rate of fatty liver is higher than female, and male peak age incidence of fatty liver is smaller than female. Compared with their respective normal control group, the prevalence rate of fatty liver was significantly higher in the groups who had and hypertension. Higher weight, BMI, body fat is the main physical characteristics of patients with fatty liver.
