摘　　要：为解决上下位机串口通讯的仿真问题,以温度检测仿真系统为例,给出了具体的解决方法。系统以Proteus为平台,VC++和Keil uVision3为开发工具,虚拟串口软件SUDT SerialNull模拟RS232串口连接,上位机采用MSComm控件进行串口程序编写,实现了在一台计算机上单片机与PC机之间串口通讯的仿真。To solve simulation problems of serial communication between PC and MCU, take the temperature detection simulation system as an example, a specific solution is given. Proteus as a platform, VC＋＋ and Keil uVision3 for the development of tools, software SUDT SerialNull for serial virtual connection, PC using ActiveX controls （MSComm control） for serial programming, the serial communication simulation between PC and MCU was achieved.
