摘  要:大学的学科发展状况跟其学科拥有的资源以及学科拥有的竞争力密切相关。学科资源按其禀赋特质可以划分为通用性资源与独特性资源,学科竞争力按其表现领域可以划分为学术竞争力与市场竞争力,它们之间存在复杂的关系。我国行业特色型大学在面对市场办学的过程中,需要从自身实际出发,抓住学科发展中的战略核心问题,提高科学认识与运用学科资源的能力,采用恰当、可行的战略思路来应对学科发展中错综复杂的矛盾关系,达到实现学科结构协调发展和增强学科整体竞争力的最终目的。The disciplinary development of universities is closely related to the resources they possess and the disciplinary competitiveness. Disciplinary resources can be divided into general resources and unique resources in terms of their characteristics, while the disciplinary competitiveness consists of academic competitiveness and market competitiveness, and the relations between them are quite complicated. In running universities in the market-oriented background, universities with unique professional characteristics (UPCs) should deal with core strategic issues concerning the disciplinary development, improve their understanding of disciplinary resources and the capacity of using them, adopt appropriate approaches to resolve the complicated contradictions in the dis- ciplinary development, in order to strengthen the overall disciplinary competitiveness and realize the harmonious development of disciplinary structure.
