摘　　要：从研究人的精神需求的形式、内容和发展规律着手,探索图书馆在新形式下的功能再造,使图书馆成为政府服务人的精神需求的主要公共空间,成为建设学习型社会与和谐社会的重要阵地。Based on the researches on the forms,contents and laws of development of people＇s demands,this essay studies the re-shaping of the library in the new period,to make it a main public space where the government serves people＇ spiritual demands as well as an important position for the construction of a learning and harmonious society.
