构建中国特色廉政文化建设的内涵、现状及路径浅析

摘　　要：中国特色廉政文化建设是社会主义和谐社会建设及完善社会主义精神文明的要求。现阶段我国廉政文化建设存在理论与实践的不平衡、文化活动与文化实施建设的不平衡、地区间的不平衡等问题。加强廉政文化建设,必须以科学发展观为统领,坚持以人为本、全面可持续发展的理念、着力营造廉政文化氛围,规范廉政制度、坚持创新思维、动员全社会力量、确保廉政建设取得实效。The construction of the harmonious socialist society and the perfection of socialist culture ethics require the construction of the clean and honest administration culture with Chinese characteristics.The imbalance between the theory and the practice,the imbalance between cultural activities and the cultural implementation construction and the regional imbalance are hindering its construction.This essay gives suggestions on the effectiveness of the construction in the aspects of sticking to the scientific outlook on development,persisting in the concept of people orientation,adhering to the idea of overall sustainable development,creating the atmosphere for the clean and honest administration culture,normalizing the clean and honest administration system,insisting on innovative thinking and mobilizing the whole society.
