摘　　要：编辑心理健康既与个体自身相关,更会通过其劳动成果——出版物而关涉到优秀文化的传播与和谐社会的建设。本文系统分析中国大陆编辑心理健康研究的现状与不足,指出未来发展趋势,提倡采取多学科融合视域,整合多方研究力量与方法,深入展开编辑心理健康研究,做到既关照现实,更着眼未来,科学地帮助编辑认识心理健康问题,提高心理健康水平,激发心理潜能。Editors＇ mental health is linked with their own development, the spreading of the excellent culture and the constructing of the harmonious society accordingly. The paper focuses on the present situation, shortcomings and tendency of editors＇ mental health research in mainland of China. It points outthat the researchers should adopt the viewpoints of m ulti-subjects, use different research methods and advance the following researches scientifically. The researches in this area should not only relate with the present, but also foresee the future. All researches should help editors know the problem of mental health, improve the level of their mental health and evoke their potential energy. With the help of these researches, all editors in Chinese publishing industry can work efficiently and promote the construction of harmonious publishing and society.
