摘　　要：行政化制约了高校的办学自主权和学术自由,也阻碍了高校出版社体制改革进一步深入。高校去行政化有利于高校出版社人事、劳动、分配制度以及产权制度改革的顺利推进。The administrotionizotion restricts autonomy in running a university and its academic freedom, it also hinders the advance of university press system restructure. De-administrativization is helppful for the further transformation in personnel system, distribution system and the property rights system of university presses.
