莫西沙星治疗108例成人支原体肺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨莫西沙星治疗成人肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将108例成人肺炎支原体肺炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例,治疗组采用莫西沙星治疗,对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗,疗程均为2～3周;比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈50例,显效4例,总有效率100%,对照组痊愈48例,显效6例,总有效率为100%。两组痊愈率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组开始退热和体温降至正常的时间均较对照组缩短,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论莫西沙星在成人支原体肺炎治疗中具有疗效确切、安全性好、副作用少等特点。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and safety of moxifloxacin on adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients.Methods 108 adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients were randomly divided into trial group（n=54） and control group（n=54）.The trial group members were treated with moxifloxacin,In the control group,the patients were treated with azithromycin.Results After treatment,the cure rate in the trial group was 92.6%,while in the control group it was 88.9%（P0.05）.The time of reducing fever and returning to normal temperature was shorter in the trial group than in the control group.The reaction to the treatment was significant lower in the trial group than in the control group.Conclusion Moxifloxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of adult mycoplasmal pneumonia patients.It has good prospects in clinical application.
