摘　　要：目的寻找注射用水的储水罐及循环管路纯蒸汽灭菌方法,保证注射用水微生物限度和热源符合要求。方法通过试验3种不同灭菌条件:Ⅰ流通蒸汽(100℃,30min),Ⅱ热压灭菌(110℃,30nin),Ⅲ流通蒸汽(110℃,30min)来确定合适的灭菌方法。结果 3种灭菌方法只有方法Ⅲ达到灭菌要求且重现性良好。结论流通蒸汽灭菌(110℃,30min)能满足灭菌需要。OBJECTIVE To seek the pure steam antiseptic method for the pot used in storing injection water and the necessary circulation pipeline, guaranteed the microorganism limit and the endotoxin of injection water meets the requirement. METHODS By experimenting three kinds of different antiseptic condition： I flowing steam （100℃, 30min）, II thermo-compression antiseptic （ 110℃, 30nin）, Ill flowing steam （110℃,30min）, the most suitable antiseptic method was determined .RESULTS Only the method III in three antiseptic methods meets the antiseptic requirements and the reproduction quality is good. CONCLUSION The method of flowing steam （110~2,30min） can meet the needs of antiseptic.
