清斑胶囊治疗黄褐斑的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清斑胶囊治疗黄褐斑的疗效和作用机制。方法根据文献采用黄体酮肌注法建立黄褐斑实验动物模型,筛选造模成功小鼠,不同浓度分别给药治疗后,观察给药后SOD、MDA、GSH-PX在小鼠血清及肝脏中的变化;同时采用免疫组化法观察清斑胶囊对小鼠皮肤黑色素的影响。结果用药组均能使模型小鼠血清和肝脏中MDA含量降低,SOD、GSH-PX含量明显升高,与模型组比较,差异显著;治疗组皮肤黑色素也明显改善。结论清斑胶囊具有显著的抗氧化作用和良好的治疗黄褐斑作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the mechanism of Qing-ban Capsule on the treatment of ehloasma. METHODS Animal melasma model was established by injection of progesterone according to the literature. SOD, MDA, GSH-PX were observed in mouse serum and liver after the treatment of different drug concentrations. Also the effection of skin melanin was observed by immuno-histoehemistry after treated with Qing-ban Capsule. RESULTS SOD, GSH-PX was significantly higher and MDA was decreased in serum and liver after treat with Qing-ban Capsule, the difference was significant compared with model group. Skin melanin was significantly improved on the treatment group. CONCLUSION Qing-ban capsule has significant anti-oxidant effects, and good treatment of melasma.
