摘　　要：目的提高壮骨健膝颗粒的质量标准。方法用薄层色谱法鉴别颗粒中的川牛膝、徐长卿；用高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚含量。结果在薄层色谱中可以检出川牛膝、徐长卿；丹皮酚在1．12-16．8μg·mL-1（r=0．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率为98．40％，RSD为1．16％（n=6）。结论方法简便，准确，专属性强，可以更有效地控制壮骨健膝颗粒的质量。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standards of Zhuanggujianxi Granule. METHODS TLC was employed to identify Cyathula officinalis Kuan and Cynanchum paniculatum（Bge. ）Kitag in granule; high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine paeonol content in Zhuanggujianxi Granule. RESULTS Cyathula officinalis Kuan and Cynanchum paniculatum（Bge. ）Kitag can be detected by TLC; The linearity was obtained over the range of 1.12--16.8μg·mL-1（r = 0. 9999）for paeonol, The average recoveries of was 98.40 %, and the RSDs was 1.16 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, specific, and can more effectively control the quality of Zhuanggujianxi Granule.
