摘　　要：南朝史学兴盛的原因,一直为学界所关注。通过对史官选任情况的考察,认为在门阀制度下,南朝史馆自有一套特殊的运行机制:即以秘书郎、著作佐郎满足世族子弟的入仕需要;秘书监、秘书丞、著作郎等史职工作基本不变,以保障史学工作的正常开展和本国修史的现实需要;以临时设立史官等多种方式弥补史馆工作的不足,从而保证了史馆工作的正常进行,促进了史学的发展。The prosperity of historiography in the Southern Dynasties has always been concerned by the academic circles.In this paper,through the investigation on the selection of historical officials,it was found that the historiography libraries in the Southern Dynasties had their own specific operating mechanisms,with ＂Mi Shu Lang＂ and ＂Zhu Zuo Zuo Lang＂ satisfying the official demand of the nobilities,and ＂Mi Shu Jian＂,＂Mi Shu Cheng＂ and ＂Zhu Zuo Lang＂ almost unchanged,and setting up temporary historical officials to make up for the shortage,which ensured the normal operation of historiography libraries and promoted the development of historiography.
