摘　　要：警察执法法律效果与社会效果的有机统一,是根据社会法治理念的要求而提出的。在公安执法实践中要做到法律效果与社会效果和谐统一,面临法律法规、社会环境和执法者的素质制约等诸多问题和矛盾困惑。要实现公安执法法律效果与社会效果的和谐统一,公安机关应从加强正确的运用法律方面的研究、提高正确处理法律和政策关系的水平,努力创新执法理念三个方面加强工作。The harmony and unity of legal and social effect of police＇s law enforcement is stated according to the request of social law enforcement idea. To achieve this, the police has to be faced with the problems and contradictions confusion of the legal, social environment and the quality of the policemen＇s constrains. To realize the harmony and unity, the police should strengthen the correct use of legal research, improve the level of correctly handling the relationship between the law and police, and work hard to innovate law enforcement.
