摘　　要：目的探讨脐带间充质干细胞输注治疗顽固性溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法对1例顽固性溃疡性结肠炎患者采用脐带来源的间充质干细胞静脉输注,每周1次,剂量为(1.5-1.8)×10~6cells/Kg,4周为一个疗程,共两个疗程。流式细胞仪分别检测治疗前后外周血免疫细胞的比例变化。结果两个疗程后,患者腹痛及顽固性腹泻消失,外周血中CD4^+/CD8^+细胞比例略有增加。结论间充质干细胞输注治疗溃疡性结肠炎是安全的,这种新型疗法可能是治疗顽固性溃疡性结肠炎的一个合适选择。Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells infusion in the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods A patient with ulcerative colitis received two cycles of mesenchymal stem cell infusion at a dose of （1.5-1.8）~106 cells/Kg once a week for 4 consecutive weeks. The phenotypic characteristics of peripheral blood immune cells were analyzed before and one week after the treatment by FCM. Results The patient＇s abdominal pain disappeared and diarrhea was completely controlled. The ratio of CD4＋/CD8＋ cells was slightly elevated after cell infusions. Conclusion Mesenchymal stem cell infusion for the treatment of ulcerative colitis is safe and effective. The novel regimen described here might be a suitable choice for the treatment of refractory ulcerative colitis.
