摘　　要：投资主体多元化是矿业纳入市场经济的必要前提。本文从勘查成果、带动效应、促进找矿理论和技术方法的进步、经济社会效益等几个方面介绍了危机矿山接替资源找矿专项取得的成果,并从组织保证、管理程序、监审制度等方面对其管理经验进行了总结。危机矿山接替资源找矿专项,取得了多方出资找矿运作模式的成功,为我们认识矿业多元投资体制下的管理模式,提供了有益的启示:政府主导是关键,技术支撑是基础,资源量增加是动力,多方协作是保障。A multiple investment system is a necessity for mining sector to enter the market economy. This paper, from exploration achievements, demonstration effect, ore searching theory and technology, and soeiaLeeonomic benefits, gives an introduction to the achievements in crisis mines ore-searching project, and summarizes the management experiences from organization structure, management process, supervision and audit system. The crisis mines ore- searching project is a successful example of multiple investments, offering a reference in understanding the management under multiple investment system that the key point is government＇ s guide, the base is technical support, the drive is resource increase and the guarantee is multiple cooperation.
