适合农民工特点的住房供应体系

摘　　要：当前要顺应城市化加快发展趋势,采用积极的办法解决农民工进城的居住问题,促进农民工市民化。坚持以人为本,认真解决涉及农民工切身利益的住房问题。应充分发挥政府的主导作用,调动各级政府的积极性,强调用工企业的社会责任,同时发挥市场的作用,多渠道改善农民工居住条件。加快建立多种形式、多层次的农民工住房供应体系步伐,建立、健全农民工住房保障体系,逐步完善农民工住房政策支持体系。In order to adapt the urbanization and quicken its development trend currently,it is necessary to take active measure so as to solve the housing problem of rural migrant worker in town and to promote rural migrant worker to be melt with townspeople.The paper proposed that it persisted in human centered,exerted fully the leading role of government and the market role,transferred the activity of government at all levels,emphasized the social responsibility of enterprise,improved the living conditions of rural migrant worker by means of multiple channel,and solved seriously the housing problem related to the vital interests of rural migrant worker.Finally it shows that the system in housing supply of multiform and multilayer,social security and police support should be quickened to establish and perfect for housing problem of rural migrant worker in town.
