文明城市的构建与市民道德能力的提升

摘　　要：文明城市确证了文明人,城市文明是市民个体道德能力外化的结果,市民个体道德能力是构建文明城市的底色。城市的文明与市民个体道德能力内在勾连,城市的发展伴随市民个体道德能力的跃迁。城市的文明与个体道德能力处在双重变奏之中,它既能提升市民个体道德能力,又会消解市民个体道德能力。从文明城市的构建来看,城市文明与个体道德能力处在双向互构之中。文明城市的构建与市民道德能力的提升是互为因果、相互促进的关系,二者是同一过程的两个方面。Model city confirmed the civilized man,and it is the result of exteriorization in moral ability of individual citizen,therefore the moral ability of individual citizen is the ground colour of constructing the model city.The interrelationship between model city and moral ability of individual citizen is that the city development is accompanied with the transition of moral ability in individual citizen.Under the condition of the above factors in double variation,it not only enhances the moral ability in individual citizen,but also neutralizes the moral ability in individual citizen.From the viewpoint of constructing the model city,the above lays on bidirectional construction each other,and they are the causal relationship between construction and enhancement,and the promotion relationship each other.They are two sides of the same process.
