摘　　要：杭州智能交通管理系统是一个能够满足城市交通管理中各种不同功能应用,为其提供综合性决策辅助的大型复杂系统。针对不同的功能需求,采用合理的软件体系架构,使系统实现杭州市交通道路管理的无人指挥、合理调度、科学决策和快速反应。本文着重介绍了该系统的功能需求、体系结构和实现思路。The Hangzhou intelligent traffic management system is a large complex system for the applications of city traffic management and comprehensive desine assistant.According to the kinds of functions,the management system realized unmanned command,reasonable dispatching,scientific decision and fast response using reasonable frameworks.this paper introduced the functions demand,frameworks and realization of the management system.
