听障疾病医学网络平台的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过数字化采集数据,构建一个听障疾病及新生儿筛查防治的听力医学网络平台,实现听力学领域的数字化医疗。方法:根据医院现有的医疗仪器的接口特性,研制出仪器的软件接口,实现医学仪器数据采集的数字化,并开发出基于诊疗数据的流行病海量数据挖掘系统。结果:实现患者听力障碍数据的数字化采集、数据和信息共享、实时专家诊疗系统和海量医学数据挖掘,从而提升诊疗水平。结论:建立"听力学综合信息网络平台"并做医学数据挖掘,符合国内外发展的趋势,有助于提升医院听力中心的运作效率和水平,并为建立我国听力学相关医学标准提供参考。Objective： to set up an audition network platform for hearing loss and infant screening,and come true digital medical treatment in otologic field.Method according to interface of medical device,the software interface of medical device were manufactured and the digital data from these device were collected,and a new system to analyses these data was developed.Results these otologic dates and information can be collected digitally and be shared in real time,otologic diagnose and treatment in otology was improved.Conclusion it is tendency to set up an audition network platform for recall and analyses data.This platform can improve the efficiency and conduce to setting up otologic profession standard.
