摘  要:目的调查多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)中氨基糖苷类与喹诺酮类耐药相关基因和抗菌制剂外排泵基因的存在情况。方法收集2008年11月-2009年12月住院患者标本中分离的MDRAB共30株,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法,分析13种氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因、6种16SrRNA甲基化酶基因、5种喹诺酮类耐药相关基因、5种抗菌制剂外排泵基因。结果 30株MDRAB共检出5种氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因,1种喹诺酮类耐药相关基因,4种抗菌制剂外排泵基因,其他19种基因均未检出。结论 MDRAB耐多种氨基糖苷类和喹诺酮类药物,与细菌产5种氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因、1种喹诺酮类耐药相关基因、AdeABC外排泵相关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution of resistance-related genes to aminoglycosides and quinolones, and drug efflux genes in multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baurnannii (A. baumannii). METHODS From Nov 2008 to Dec 2009, 30 A. baurnannii strains isolated from inpatients were collected from Hangzhou Yuhang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Then, 13 kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzyme genes, 6 kinds of 16S rRNA methylase genes, 5 kinds of resistance-related genes to quinolones, and 5 kinds of drug efflux genes were analyzed by PCR. RESULTS Among 30 strains of multidrug-resistant A. baurnannii, 5 kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzyme genes, one kind of resistance-related genes to quinolones, and 4 kinds of drug efflux genes were detected. However, the rest 19 kinds of genes were not detected. CONCLUSION Five kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzyme genes, a kind of resistance-related genes to quinolones, and drug efflux AdeABC might play a role in resistance to aminoglycosides and quinolones in this 30 strains of multidrug-resistant A. bau- mannii.
