摘 要:目的了解医院感染现状,制定科学的医院感染监控措施。方法于2010年9月8日0∶00-24∶00采用横断面调查方法,床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合,调查所有医院感染病例并进行统计分析。结果实际调查996例,发生医院感染28例,现患率为2.81%,30例次感染,例次感染率为3.01%;调查日抗菌药物使用例数为538例,抗菌药物使用率为54.01%;感染部位以下呼吸道感染率最高,占感染部位的50.00%,其次为手术部位感染,占21.42%;共检出病原菌18株,分别是大肠埃希菌9株占50.00%,肺炎克雷伯菌4株占22.22%,铜绿假单胞菌2株占11.10%,近平滑假丝酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌、弗氏柠檬酸杆菌各1株,各占5.56%。结论通过对医院感染现患率调查,将加强对医院重点科室、重要环节的监测,对常见的医院感染采取干预措施。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the prevalence of healthcare associated infections (HAIs) to formulate scientific monitoring measures for nosocomiaI infection. METHODS A cross-sectional survey was undertaken during 0:00-24 :00 Sep 8th 2010. In order to detect each HAI, infection control professionals investigated each admitted patient at bedside. RESULTS A total of 996 patients were investigated, 538 patients (54. 01%) were using antimicrobial agents at the survey day. The top two HAIs were lower respiratory tract infection (50.00%), surgical site infection (21.42%), respectively. 18 strains of pathogens were isolated. The leading isolates of bacteria were Escherichia coli (50. 00%), Klebsiella pneumoniae (22. 22%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (11.10%), Parapsilosis (5. 56%), Candida albicans (5. 56%), Flowers Citrobacte (5. 56%), respectively. CONCLUSION The hospital prevalence survey will strengthen the monitoring to the key department and in order to intervene in the most common infections in our hospital.
