高龄永久起搏器植入术患者围手术期的感染预防与控制

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄永久起搏器植入术患者围手术期的感染预防与控制。方法对146例>80岁的高龄永久起搏器患者,采取术前1d至术后5d使用抗菌药物、术中使用电刀止血、庆大霉素冲洗囊袋、术中严格无菌操作、为高龄患者制定的个性化护理、术后及时换药等围手术期感染的预防与控制措施。结果 146例高龄永久起搏器植入术患者,无1例出现感染并发症。结论对高龄永久起搏器植入术患者,实行围手术期的感染预防,可以达到控制术后感染发生的目的 。OBJECTIVE To investigate the perioperative infection prevention and control in the permanent pacemaker implantation in elderly patients with permanent pacemaker implantation. METHODS This study involved 146 elderly patients （〉80 years old） All patients received antibiotics from preoperative ld to postoperative 5d, electrotome to improve intraoperative hemostasis, flushing generator pocket with gentamycin. The surgeon operated in strict aseptic. The wound was taken care everyday. RESULTS No one suffered infection in 146 elderly patients with permanent pacemaker. CONCLUSION The perioperative infection prevention in elderly patients with permanent pacemaker implantation can decrease the incidence of the postoperative infection effectively.
