比阿培南治疗下呼吸道铜绿假单胞菌感染的疗效

摘　　要：目的评估比阿培南治疗铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)下呼吸道感染临床疗效和安全性。方法 88例下呼吸道PAE感染患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别使用比阿培南和亚胺培南/西司他丁治疗,疗程均为10～14d。结果治疗组总有效率为88.6%,细菌清除率为90.9%,均高于对照组的70.5%、75.0%,两组不良反应发生率较低。结论比阿培南治疗PAE下呼吸道感染临床疗效可靠且安全。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of biapenem in the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa lower respiratory tract infection. METHODS A total of 88 patients with P. aeruginosa infection in lower respiratory tract were randomly divided into two groups, the trial and control groups. Biapenem or imipenem/cilastatin were administered by intravenous infusion for 10-14 days. RESULTS The effective rates for trial and control groups were separately 88. 6% and 70.5%. The bacterial eradication rates for trial and control were separately 90.9% and 75.0%. The incidence of drug adverse reaction were all low. CONCLUSION Biapenem is both effective and safe drug for P. aeruginosa lower respiratory tract infection.
