凯妮汀阴道片与制霉菌素栓治疗妊娠期真菌性阴道炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨凯妮汀阴道片与制霉菌素栓治疗妊娠期真菌性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法收集2009年5月-2010年5月收治的妊娠期真菌性阴道炎患者116例,治疗组60例,给予凯妮汀阴道片;对照组56例,给予制霉菌素栓,观察2组临床疗效、不良反应和复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的89.29%,但差异无统计学意义;而痊愈率为83.33%,则明显高于对照组的57.14%、观察组复发率为8.00%,明显低于对照组的28.13%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论凯妮汀阴道片治疗妊娠期真菌性阴道炎能够明显提高痊愈率,降低复发率,减少不良反应,而且用药次数少,易于被孕妇所接受,相比制霉菌素栓,更安全、方便、有效。OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical efficacy of canesten vaginal tablets and nystatin suppository in the treatment of fungal vaginitis during pregnancy. METHODS A total of 116 cases of pregnancy patients with fungal vaginitis were collected from May 2009 to May 2010 in our hospital, the treatment group （60 cases） to give Canesten vaginal tablets, the control group （56 cases） to give nystatin suppository. Clinical efficacy, adverse effects and recurrence condition of two groups were observed. RESULTS The total effective rate （96.67%） was higher than the control group （89. 29%）, but the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）;and recovery rate （83. 33%） was significantly higher （57. 14%）than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01） ; the recurrence rate of observation group was 8.00 % , significantly lower than the control group 28.13%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Canesten vaginal tablets in the treatment of fungal vaginitis during pregnancy can significantly improve the cure rate and reduce the recurrence rates, reduce adverse reactions, and has less frequent drugs, which is easy to be accepted by pregnant women, compared with nystatin suppositories, and is more secure, convenient, effective, and worthy of clinical application.
