摘　　要：实行职业技能鉴定,推行国家职业资格证书制度,是我国人力资源开发的一项战略措施。本文就长春大学在多年开展学生职业技能鉴定,建设职业技能鉴定所的工作中,如何根据学校人才培养定位,采取多种措施,不断加强学校职业技能鉴定工作进行了研究,并进行了一些有益的实践和尝试。It is a strategic measure for Chinese human resources development to implement occupation skill appraisal and realize qualification certificate system.This paper studies how to strengthen the occupationl skill appraisal by adopting a variety of measures according to the school＇s positioning of talent training on the basis of the occupation skill appraisal work conducted in Changchun University,and carries out some meaningful research and practice.
