盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的考察盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的药效学。方法建立小鼠皮下Lewis肺癌肿瘤模型,静脉给药,盐酸表阿霉素注射液及盐酸表阿霉素长循环非热敏脂质体作为阳性对照,氯化钠注射液为阴性对照。绘制肿瘤生长曲线,计算各组肿瘤抑制率并进行肿瘤切片组织病理学检查。结果各给药组肿瘤重量与阴性对照组肿瘤重量相比均有极显著性差异,而盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体组与盐酸表阿霉素注射液及盐酸表阿霉素长循环非热敏脂质体组间均有显著性差异。盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体组肿瘤抑制率为61.1%,其他两组分别为39.6%和43.1%。盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体组肿瘤相比其他各组坏死较彻底。结论制备的盐酸表阿霉素长循环热敏脂质体具有较高的肿瘤抑制率。Objective To investigate the tumor inhibitory rate of epirubicin hydrochloride long-circulating thermosensitive liposomes in Lewis tumor-bearing mice.Methods A tumor-bearing mouse model was established by subcutaneous injection of Lewis cancer cells.The drug solution was administered by i.v..The EPI injection group and non-thermosensitive long circulating liposomes group were taken as positive control group with normal saline group as negative control group.The tumor growth curve was drawn and the tumor inhibitory rate was calculated.The histopathology of tumors was examined.Results Each administered group was significantly different from negative control group in tumor weight.The tumor inhibitory rate of EPI-LTSL was significantly different from that of EPI injection group and non-thermosensitive long circulating liposomes group.The mean tumor inhibitory rate of EPI injection group and non-thermosensitive long circulating liposomes group was about 61.1%,but was only 39.6% and 43.1% in the other two groups.Conclusion EPI injection group and non-thermosensitive long circulating liposomes have a higher tumor inhibitory rate.
