摘　　要：目的了解互联网在小城镇/农村地区男男性接触者(MSM)人群的使用情况及探讨其对与HIV/STD相关的风险行为的影响,为新形势下提出可行的MSM干预措施提供科学参考。方法采用半结构化深度访谈的方式进行定性研究及收集MSM使用互联网情况。通过MSM社群小组,按照定性研究的目的抽样方法招集了15名访谈对象。结果访谈的15名MSM中,有9人曾经或正在通过互联网来了解MSM相关信息、寻找性伴,15人均多次发生过"一夜情"的同性性行为;2人为HIV感染者、6人曾患过性病。MSM QQ交流群人数2008年40人、2009年100人、2010年179人。互联网平台在开展MSM人群信息交流、健康知识的获取、同伴教育、艾滋病干预等方面具有一定作用,特别是在资源、信息相对贫乏的小城镇/农村地区,QQ交流群在MSM干预中可以起到良好的信息传递、交流的载体作用。然而,互联网促使MSM人群的互动接触与介入,有促使原来居住在农村地区的MSM更多地流向城镇、大城市的倾向,进而增加了相关利益群体感染性病与艾滋病的风险程度和范围。结论在尊重MSM亚文化的前提下,合理利用互联网络平台进行干预,关注农村地区MSM有向城镇、大城市流动的趋势。Objective To understand the effect of Internet on risk behavior about HIV/STD among MSM in town and country area. Methods Qualitative study was conducted using semistructured in depth interviews in Yuxi Prefecture of Yunnan Province.Fifteen informants were recruited through a local. Results Among the 15 MSMs,there were 9 MSMs who had used and were used the Internet to understand the information and find sex company,and all have many sex behavior at one night with other MSM;there were 2 MSMs who had HIV,6 MSMs who had STD.In the QQ of MSM,there were 40 MSMs in 2008,100 in 2009,179 in 2010.The Internet was a good favorable base what the MSM could got the information,health knowledge,partner education,intervention about AIDS,especially in town and country area,and the QQ was a good carrier.but the more and more interactive and the floating population of MSM from the town and country area that could enhance the degree and range of the epidemic of HIV/STD among the interrelated group. Conclusion We must respect the subculture of MSM and used the Internet that for intervention,and attention to the floating population of MSM from the town and country area.
