宫颈涂片与薄层细胞学检查在妇科门诊中的临床应用对比分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈涂片和薄层细胞学检查在妇科门诊中的临床应用效果。方法选取2010年4月～2011年4月在我院妇科门诊因宫颈病变就诊的216例妇女作为研究对象,所有患者均行宫颈涂片检查、薄层细胞学检查,并最终经阴道镜病理组织活检以确诊。将宫颈涂片检查与薄层细胞学检查结果与阴道镜病理活检结果相比较,计算两者的符合率并比较,统计两种检查方法的耗时、检验成本,综合评价两种方法在妇科门诊筛查宫颈病变的应用效果。结果经研究显示,薄层细胞学检查方法诊断符合率较宫颈涂片检查方法的符合率明显高;薄层细胞学检查法一次成功率、制片平均耗时与宫颈涂片检查法比较,均有明显优势,P值均<0.05,具有统计学意义;综合检验成本比较,二者无显著性差异,P值>0.05,无统计学意义。结论薄层细胞学检查法是一种准确、简便、高效、经济的检查方法,能很好地满足妇科门诊对宫颈病变筛查的效率、准确性要求。Objective To analyze the effect for cervical smears and thin-layer cytology in the clinical application of gynecology diagnosis.Methods 216 cases of women from April,2010 to April,2011 were treated in the department of gynecology in our hospital for cervical lesions as the research object All patients were detected by underwent cervical smears and thin-layer cytology,and confirmed the pathology by colposcopy with biopsy.The result of detected by cervical smears and thin-layer cytology and the result detected by colposcopy biopsy results were compared.the Both line rates were calculated and compared.The time-consuming for two methods and inspection costs were for statistics.The effects for both methods in the clinical application of gynecology clinic were evaluated comprehensively.Results The study showed that thin-layer cytology diagnosis rate method over the method in line with cervical smears was significantly higher.The rate of success with one time for thin-layer cytology and average production time-consuming compared with the cervical smear test method,all had obvious advantages,P0.05.There were statistically significant.Compared the comprehensive cost,there were no significant differences between the two,value of P0.05,they were not statistically significant.Conclusions Thin-layer cytology method is an accurate,simple,efficient and economical method of examination.It is well positioned to meet the gynecology diagnosos for cervical disease screening efficiency and accuracy requirements.
