摘　　要：介绍一种新形式的筛分破碎机。与传统破碎机相比,该设备有"飞轮蓄能"、液压调排矿口、辊部清理等独特的特点。"蓄能飞轮"使可处理矿石硬度增大的同时减小装机容量。液压保护系统既有效保护了破碎机又在一定范围内可调节产品粒度。辊部清理保证了设备对含泥量大、水分高的黏性物料的适应性。A novel rollsizer is described.Compared to conventional crushers,it is of a series of new and unique characteristics,such as flywheel energy storage,hydraulic gap adjustment system and roller cleaning.Flywheel energy storage increases the hardness of processable ores as well as decreases the installation capacity of the crusher.The crusher is effectively protected by the hydraulic gap adjustment system meanwhile the product size can be adjusted to some extent,and the production capacity of wet and sticky materials is enhanced by roller cleaning device.
