摘　　要：SSS-Ⅱ型系列湿式双频双立环高梯度磁选机是新产品,由于采用水气联合卸矿,双脉动、多梯度磁介质和矩阵式排布的高富集率,因此具有分选精度高、适用性广等优点。通过在承德钛铁矿生产的应用表明,SSS-Ⅱ型高梯度磁选机作为钛粗选设备,在原矿品位变化较大的情况下,具有较稳定的选别指标和低廉的运行成本。SSS-Ⅱwet double frequency and double vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator（SSS-ⅡHGMS） is a type of new equipment,and has many specific advantages,including separation of high precision and wide applicability,by adopting water-air joint concentrate discharging technique,double pulses pulp dispersion technique,technique for collecting matrix with different diameter rods,and better concentrate discharging rate with the especial matrix dispose.Through the application in Chengde Ti-Fe Mine,the results show that SSS-ⅡHGMS has more stable mineral processing indicators and low operation costs as titanium roughing device under the circumstances of head grade changing greatly.
