摘  要:某钼矿选矿厂采用北京矿冶研究总院开发的新型KYZE-4380短柱型微细粒浮选柱和KYZ-0610浮选柱开展资源高效回收利用研究,对该选矿厂钼品位为0.018%和0.20%两种尾矿的混合矿进行一次粗选、一次精选,同时对浮选柱工艺适应性、动力学稳定性及自动控制系统的控制精度进行考察,最终获得精矿品位为2.73%、回收率为31.73%,设备运行情况良好。KYZ-0610 flotation column and newly developed KYZ-4380E short type flotation column developed by BGRIMM's have been used for molybdenum tailing re-cleaning to recycle valuable molybdenum elements contained in tailings by a molybdenum mine.Total tailing is composed of two kinds of tailings with their grades of 0.018% and 0.20% respectively and is re-cleaned by the operations of rougher and cleaner sections.At the same time,and the adaptability,hydrodynamic stability and automatic control accuracy of flotation columns are examined.The tailing re-cleaning test indicates that final concentrate grade of tailing re-cleaning is 2.73% at the recovery of 31.73% and each performance index of flotation column is satisfied.
