摘　　要：水力分级机广泛应用于选矿厂,但是由于传统水力分级机的设计不合理,造成分级产品粒度不精确、分级效率低。为了解决这个问题,研制了新一代水力分级机———HL型水力分级机,并进行钛铁矿脱泥试验,试验证明这种高效分级机性能得到了很大提高。The hydraulic classifiers are extensively used in concentrators,however,because of unreasonable designs of traditional hydraulic classifiers,the particle size of classification product is not accurate and the classification efficiency is low.In order to solve this problem,a new generation of hydraulic classifier（the HL type hydraulic classifier） is developed,and the desliming test on ilmenite is carried out.The results show that the classify performance of HL type hydraulic classifier is improved greatly.
