摘　　要：KMLZ型斜窄流浓密箱因其简易、高效、无运动部件而得以广泛应用。在此基础上研发的KMLZ-J型搅动助排式斜窄流浓密机,采用小尺寸的倒梯形搅刀框架在箱斗底部的沉积物中搅动剪切,破坏其假塑性,从而使其能沿锥斗壁顺排至底口。新设备的扩大试验和工业试验结果表明,其底流顺排浓度较KMLZ型斜窄流浓密箱提高15%,现已开始大量推广应用。KMLZ type cone thickener operating in ＂tilting slender up-flowing（TSU）＂ is widely applied due to its features of simplicity,high efficiency and no moving components.Based on this,KMLZ-J Type TSU thickener with stirring-shearing mechanism to promote underflow discharge has been developed,in which small sized stirring knife frame in reversed trapezoid shape is installed in the cone bottom to stir-shear sediment to destroy its pseudo plasticity for its discharging smoothly along cone wall down to outlet.Results of pilot and industrial tests on the new equipment demonstrate： its pulp density of smoothly discharged underflow is 15% higher than that of KMLZ type cone thickener.And wide range of its application has been pushed forth.
