摘  要:KMLZ型斜窄流浓密箱因其简易、高效、无运动部件而得以广泛应用。在此基础上研发的KMLZ-J型搅动助排式斜窄流浓密机,采用小尺寸的倒梯形搅刀框架在箱斗底部的沉积物中搅动剪切,破坏其假塑性,从而使其能沿锥斗壁顺排至底口。新设备的扩大试验和工业试验结果表明,其底流顺排浓度较KMLZ型斜窄流浓密箱提高15%,现已开始大量推广应用。KMLZ type cone thickener operating in "tilting slender up-flowing(TSU)" is widely applied due to its features of simplicity,high efficiency and no moving components.Based on this,KMLZ-J Type TSU thickener with stirring-shearing mechanism to promote underflow discharge has been developed,in which small sized stirring knife frame in reversed trapezoid shape is installed in the cone bottom to stir-shear sediment to destroy its pseudo plasticity for its discharging smoothly along cone wall down to outlet.Results of pilot and industrial tests on the new equipment demonstrate: its pulp density of smoothly discharged underflow is 15% higher than that of KMLZ type cone thickener.And wide range of its application has been pushed forth.
